Grilled filets topped with a mayonnaise base tarragon flavored sauce.

Shrimp Tetrazzini
Shrimp in a creamy sauce made with chicken broth, heavy crème, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Severed over noodles.

Salmon w/ Pecan Crunch Coating
Salmon filets baked with breadcrumbs and pecans.

Crab Cakes w/ Avocado Wasabi Mayonnaise or Honey Jalapeno Sauce
Crab cakes seasoned with Mayonnaise, parsley, eggs, Dijon mustard and breadcrumbs. Avocado Wasabi made with Wasabi paste, avocado, vinegar and salt and pepper.

Any type fish accompanied with any of the following sauces:
